Teaching update…

I’ll soon be moving away from London, and in the interest of resting and preparing for the change that’s to come, I’ve decided that my last Community Yoga class will be on Wednesday 29th April.

I have so enjoyed teaching these classes and connecting with everyone who’s attended over the last 3 and a bit years. Thank you for coming, for engaging with the practice, and for giving me a reason to keep showing up every week.
